This typical Alpine village house has been completely redesigned and renovated using quality materials and a rare attention to detail. Behind its stone and lime walls, its old-fashioned charm and vaulted rooms, it reveals contemporary, warm and refined spaces, designed to welcome up to 15 guests in absolute comfort.
The rooms are spread over just two levels: a first floor entirely dedicated to shared moments, and an upper floor that houses all the bedrooms, as in the old village houses where everyone slept under the same roof. On the first floor, the vast living area of over 70 m² features a bar area, a dining room with a large solid oak table, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a small lounge. On the other side of the entrance hall, a separate living room provides a quiet spot to relax by the fire, while a generous games room (billiards, instruments, chess...) adds to the cosy atmosphere.
A laundry room and guest toilet complete this level, designed to comfortably accommodate tribal stays. Upstairs, six bedrooms with top-of-the-range bedding are arranged around a vast landing that serves as the heart of the family. All have their own bathroom, offering privacy and comfort to each occupant. This floor also features a spacious, easy-to-access ski room, ideal for returning from the slopes to dry out your equipment.
Volumes, openings and circulation have been designed so that each occupant enjoys a pleasant space, without sacrificing the spirit of a shared home.
Outside, the chalet reveals a beautiful relaxation area with sauna, jacuzzi, Nordic bath and brazier, ideal for prolonging the day after skiing or enjoying evenings under the stars. Wooden terraces and built-in seating offer several areas to meet up, have lunch in the sun or simply enjoy the fresh valley air.
