With its 500 m², this magnificent restored building offers spacious accommodation for 8 travelers: a large 100 m² living room with billiard table and piano, an independent, fully-equipped 30 m² kitchen, and four bedrooms, all spacious. First floor: a first bedroom of 50 m² (bed 180×200) with bathroom and toilet. Upstairs: a master suite with bathroom and toilet, a bedroom with four single beds (90 cm) and en-suite bathroom, and an en-suite bedroom with two twin beds. Three bathrooms in all, linen provided, and wifi via Starlink. The natural garden opens onto the surrounding countryside. A few steps away, a large shared swimming pool (with only 2 guest rooms, i.e. a maximum of 4 people), allows you to cool off after walks or markets. The outdoors is ideal for al fresco dining and long summer evenings. For your events, the entire estate offers an ideal natural setting, with no direct neighbors, perfectly suited to the organization of private or professional receptions. Intimate weddings, anniversaries, wellness retreats or corporate seminars: the site lends itself to all kinds of celebrations. It comprises two buildings (including the former mill) that can accommodate up to 14 people, a swimming pool, and numerous indoor and outdoor spaces for meals, ceremonies or social gatherings. Capacity is flexible, parking is easy and there are no time constraints to restrict the party.
