Designed as a large, turnkey vacation home, it can accommodate up to 15 people in a simple, comfortable, nature-oriented setting. The spacious living area combines a large open-plan kitchen, several lounge areas, and light-filled relaxation zones. The fluid and convivial layout allows everyone to find their place: quiet reading, impromptu meals around the large counter, shared moments in the games room, or movie sessions in the dedicated room, which can be converted into a seminar room thanks to an overhead projector.
The house has six modular bedrooms: four double bedrooms that can be configured with twin beds (Tediber hotel bedding), and two dormitories with bunk beds suitable for adults/children (200 cm beds). They come with four bathrooms, a desk in each bedroom, high-performance Wi-Fi, and a children's corner with games and a TV. The overall design favors simple materials, soft colors, and a contemporary cabin atmosphere that blends in perfectly with the surrounding pine trees.
Outside, several terraces allow guests to enjoy the outdoors from morning to night, with dining areas, lounge areas, a barbecue, and nooks for relaxing in the shade of the trees. The 8×4 m heated swimming pool, opening onto the pine forest, is the centerpiece of summer days, complemented by a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, a storage room for boards or clubs, beach games, and even a paddleboard to enjoy the lake. Magazines, books, Marshall speakers, baby equipment: everything has been designed so you can settle in and enjoy Lacanau to the full, with surfing, cycling, the ocean, and the forest.
