The second is upstairs, with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a magnificent sea view from the main terrace.

A pétanque court shared with the neighboring villa is also available. For the sporty types, electric bikes are available during your stay, and there's a fully-equipped gym with shower and changing room at the back of the house.
The icing on the cake: you can hire a 7m boat belonging to the owner and located in the port of Erbalunga. If you don't have a boating license, you can also rent a larger boat with skipper. Sea outings, restaurants, activities, etc.: your on-site concierge will help you organize it all!
